Le paragraphe 19 relève du non-sens !

Tiré d'un commentaire d'un blog anglo saxon bien connu

Traduit par mes médiocres soins ça donne :
"Le paragraphe 19 est simplement un non-sens. Comment peut on déterminer s'il y a affiliation à un tel groupe (et oui...sur quels critères objectifs??NDA)et comment peut-on obtenir un soin pastoral si on ne peut demander la messe ?"
A méditer non ?
